WHAT IT IS
Strength First, Sport Second
Building stronger, more confident athletes.
Athletic performance training for youth athletes.
Young athletes get strong by learning to move well under load, not by training like adults. Sessions build the basics first, then layer in the demands of their sport.

WHAT THEY GAIN
More Than Getting Stronger
Movement Before Load
Every athlete starts with a movement screen, so the program addresses the imbalances they actually have.
Confidence That Carries
Parents consistently tell us the change shows up as confidence and discipline, not just strength.
Coached on Technique
Safety, proper technique and building confidence are the priorities in every youth session.
FOR PARENTS
What a Youth Session Looks Like
Who it's for
Young athletes who want to get stronger, move better and compete harder — whether they are new to strength training or already playing at a high level.
What to expect
Youth sessions run Monday to Friday at 4:00 PM and last 55 minutes. Athletes train one, two or three times a week, and every athlete starts with a movement screen so the program fits them.
