Over 25 years of experience in personal training and a lifelong athlete, playing 2 years of Division 1 baseball. Experience training clients from all walks of life, ranging from post-rehab and wellness training, mobility and flexibility, nutrition and weight loss, all the way to advanced sports-specific training.

Multiple times have served as an expert witness specializing in program design, biomechanics, and risk management in a gym setting. Throughout my 25 years of training, I have accumulated numerous professional certifications ranging from Nasm Certified personal trainer, Certified Functional Strength coach, Certified Precision Nutrition coach, Kettlebell Concepts, TRX, Functional Movement Screen level 1 & 2, Mat Pilates, and many more.  This diverse background has given me the tools to design a fitness program for people of all walks of life.

Allison Goduti

Trainer

Allison is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level 1, with Level 2 training scheduled for March 2026. She specializes in 1:1 personal training, semi-private training, and youth athlete strength and conditioning, focusing on building strength, confidence, and long-term movement quality. Allison takes a functional, client-centered approach: meeting each individual where they are and helping them move better, feel stronger, and perform with purpose both inside and outside the gym. Her coaching emphasizes sustainable progress, and creating a positive training experience for all ages and ability levels.
