what to expect first session

Signing-on for personal training, is the initial step in reaching your short and long-term fitness and health goals. Everyone has their own reasons for hiring a certified trainer, we want to know what brought you in, and what your goals are. Having a clearer objective in mind, will help me to develop the best possible fitness and training program.

body scan

Quickly and accurately measure body fat, muscle mass and body water measurements as well as discover your bodies metabolic rate. This will also assist in the nutrition coaching and program design measures imbalances in the body in regard to muscle mass. The inbody scale will give us an accurate starting point to measure your bodies progress

MEDICAL and Exercise History

You will be asked to fill-out a health history questionnaire, which will help your make sure we have all necessary information to customize and plan your workouts, in the safest and most efficient manner way

Movement Screen

This will help us assess and design a customized workout for your goals and more importantly your bodies needs. The screen will break down the muscle imbalances in your body and provide a roadmap to designing a workout specific to your goals and needs (needs is redundant)

Our individualized 3-prong approach will identify your specific fitness needs, and create an efficient and effective personal plan to achieve desired goals and results.
