Over 25 years experience personal training and a lifelong athlete, playing 2 years of division 1 baseball. Experience training clients from all walks of life ranging from post rehab and wellness training, mobility and flexibility, nutrition and weight loss all the way to advanced sports specific training.
Multiple times have served as an expert witness specializing in program design, biomechanics and risk management in a gym setting. Throughout my 25 years of training, I have accumulated numerous professional certifications ranging from: Nasm Certified personal trainer, Certified Functional Strength coach, Certified Precision Nutrition coach, Kettletbell Concepts, TRX , Functional Movement Screen level 1 & 2, Mat Pilates and many more. This diverse background has given me the tools to design a fitness program for people of all walks of life.

Signing-on for personal training, is the initial step in reaching your short and long-term fitness and health goals. Everyone has their own reasons for hiring a certified trainer, we want to know what brought you in, and what your goals are. Having a clearer objective in mind, will help me to develop the best possible fitness and training program.
